Hamilton County Veterans Service Commission offers three options to veterans who need transportation to and from VA medical facilities. This service is available for Hamilton County veterans who have been honorably discharged. We cannot re-issue lost or stolen passes. If you have questions, please contact us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FLEX TRANSPORTATION
- Travel cannot exceed the mileage to and from the Veteran’s home. Any mileage over will not be considered for reimbursement.
- We may be able to provide a monthly bus pass to veterans whose medical conditions require them to see healthcare professionals several times a week. In those cases, the veteran must submit a list of their scheduled medical appointments or a letter from a physician that describes how frequently the veteran requires care.
- Hamilton County Veterans Service Commission reserves the right to deny applications for reimbursement if pre-qualification is not completed prior to using the Flex Transportation option.
- Flex Transportation is for non-emergency transportation only. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911.
